Ultimate Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake at Riverview in Essex, MD. This full-time role offers hands-on patient care to help residents build strength and mobility.

You'll provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, participating in gait training, transfers, endurance activities, and documentation of progress. Earn competitive $34–$39/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide residents through strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities.
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising PT.
• Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress and concerns.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely treatment documentation.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals.
