Job summary

The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant in Heber Springs, AR to join an in-house rehab team dedicated to person-centered care and positive resident outcomes.

We value current PTA license, SNF experience (preferred), and strong documentation skills, including Net Health. This role supports PT supervision, patient progress, and collaborative care with the rehab director.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas PTA license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
• Provide PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Respond to service requests and relay info to PT.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans with PT guidance.
• Attend meetings as designated by Rehab leadership.
