Job summary

The Springs of Batesville in Batesville, AR is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team, delivering compassionate, person-centered care to residents.

You will work under a Physical Therapist, document progress, and support treatment plans while maintaining compliance with state and company policies. New grads welcome; competitive compensation and flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license as Physical Therapy Assistant.
• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health electronic documentation system preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed physical therapy under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Record patient progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Collaborate with rehab team to implement care plans.
• Provide patient, family and caregiver education.
• Ensure thorough, timely documentation complying with regulations.
