ABL Health Care in Millbrae, CA is seeking a competent Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Home Health. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a collaborative clinical team to improve mobility and quality of life in the home care setting.

The role requires California PTA licensure, at least 1 year of home health experience, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license to practice in California.
• 1 year of Home Health care experience preferred.
• Valid CA Driver’s License.
• Willingness and ability to travel within a 15–25 mile radius regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within the plan of care in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patients, and report changes to supervising clinicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using company devices and adhere to policies.
