Job summary

ABL Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Home Health in Berkeley. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work with our clinical team to improve mobility and quality of life while traveling to patient homes within the service area.

Qualified candidates hold a California PTA license, have Home Health experience, and can travel within a 15–25 mile radius. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Home Health experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to travel within a local radius for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within the patient’s care plan.

• Maintain accurate clinical records using company devices.
