Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Training/experience in orthopedic care preferred
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics and techniques
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Administer modalities under therapist guidance
• Assist patients with exercise programs
• Clean and organize the clinic for neat operations
• Direct/transfer patients to appropriate care areas
• Support daily operational duties for supervision
• Keep clinic supplies ordered and stocked
• Maintain all equipment in good working condition
• Assist with daily scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Assist front desk with calls, filing, and data entry
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Operate basic software and Practice Management tools
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Therapy Administrators
