MPOWER Physical Therapy in Franklin, TN is seeking a high-energy Physical Therapist to treat elite athletes and highly motivated patients with a patient-focused, performance-driven approach. You will work alongside fellowship-trained experts and a dedicated PT technician to deliver premier orthopedic and sports medicine rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid, current Physical Therapist license in Tennessee (or immediate eligibility).
• Strong desire to develop and maximize manual therapy techniques and programming for motivated patients.
• High energy, exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier care by evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine patients with manual therapy and individualized exercise plans.
• Lead your dedicated PT technician to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Elite's orthopedic surgeons, trainers, and massage therapists to support holistic recovery paths.
