LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Brooklyn. The clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management in various community settings, including homes, shelters, and public areas.
The role requires NP board certification, prescriptive authority, and prior experience with community-based psychiatric care.
Qualifications
- Must be board-certified as NP.
- Prescriptive authority required.
- Experience with community-based ACT programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide ACT team coverage for community-based psychiatric treatment in Brooklyn.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management in community settings (homes, shelters, public areas).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
- Full-time commitment with 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no call requirements.
