Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Colonial East community in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The role covers general grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and completing work orders for 40 hours per week on-site.

Responsibilities include keeping areas manicured, handling snow removal, and assisting in refurbishments of community homes while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and lawn care.
• Ability to perform basic home repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds, perform seasonal lawn care and snow removal as needed.
• Assist with refurbishing Community Owned homes and repairs to water/sewer lines.
