Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Contract Manager to administer compliance and financial aspects of Air Force contracts, primarily for the COMBS and Mission Support units at Tinker AFB. You will support new solicitations, prepare proposals, and ensure fulfillment per company policies and government requirements.

The role includes budgeting, funding control, and cost/reporting activities, with supervision of staff and collaboration across departments. Based in the United States with salary ranges noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 6 years' federal/state or commercial contract management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills; advanced Excel.
• ERP system experience is essential (Costpoint, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, IFS).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control financial programs on contracts; manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare budgets, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Prepare program plans and risk assessments for contracts and schedules.
• Enter and maintain contract data in ERP; ensure FAR compliance.
• Mentor staff and liaise with other functions on contractual obligations.
