Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide episodic, preventive, and acute care to client employees and their dependents at our Schofield Health Center. The schedule is 4/10 hour days Tuesday-Friday, with two days 7a-5p and two days 8a-6p.

You will perform exams, prescribe treatments, coordinate referrals, maintain medical records, and participate in center goals. The role requires state licenses, DEA, board certification, medical degree, CPR, and at least three years of

Qualifications

• Active medical license in the United States
• Board certification in relevant specialty (ABMS/AMA/AOA)
• DEA license for practice
• CRP/BLS/ACLS certification with hands-on skills
• Minimum three years of post-residency clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients
• Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribe medications
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on medical issues
• Provide referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialties
• Maintain medical records using EMR systems
• Participate in the development of center goals and objectives
