Responsibilities

• Full-time outpatient primary care physician role.
• Telephone-only call schedule in partnership with hospitalist program.
• Clinic operates on Epic EMR for streamlined care coordination.
• See approximately 15–20 patients per day with 28–36 patient contact hours.
