Job summary

The Salad Station is seeking a full-time Team Member to support food prep, guest service, and daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has strong knife skills, at least 2 years in food service, and a natural leadership style to help guide the team.

This role offers room for growth with a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and a flexible schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Weekly pay and tip sharing enhance earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service experience.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle busy line.
• Natural leadership traits and a team-first attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay energetic.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace by opening the restaurant, preparing orders, and keeping the line prepped.
• Lead by example, maintain high standards during peak hours, guide newer team members.
• Master all stations: prep ingredients, greet guests, handle payments, and keep dining room and kitchen clean.
• Take ownership of inventory, food safety, and overall team energy to ensure a seamless guest experience.
