Job summary

Workstream is hiring for a Day Shift Team Member at a fast-paced quick service restaurant in Tampa, FL. This full-time role (30–39 hours) requires availability 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with weekly pay, tip sharing, and paid training.

You will greet guests, prep fresh produce, and help maintain a clean and friendly dining environment. Ideal candidates bring a cheerful, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be kind, considerate, and able to work as a TEAM member.
• Able to climb, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce, fruits, meats, and toppings to Salad Station standards.
• Greet every guest and assist with orders.
• Chop salads and build wraps.
• Make to-go orders and catering orders as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Promote rewards program and mobile app.
• Attend to the dining room and maintain cleanliness.
• Wash dishes and operate dish washer; mop and clean as required.
