Compass Group USA's CulinArt division is hiring for full-time prep cooks at Cathedral Catholic in San Diego, CA. Shifts 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

You will follow recipes, prep according to production schedules, ensure quality, HACCP compliance, and assist at multiple stations. Qualifications

• Previous 1 year of prep cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, logs and reports as needed.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
