Job summary

Oak Glen Post Acute in the United States is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our full-time team. You will maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, following established sanitation procedures to support a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

We offer competitive pay of $17.48 to $18.00 per hour DOE, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds
• Follow established cleaning and infection control procedures
• Help promote a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest standard of facility appearance and cleanliness
