Oak Glen Post Acute in California is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the team on a full-time basis. The role offers hourly pay between $17.48 and $18.00, with DOE, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401(k) with company match.

The Housekeeper will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across rooms and common areas, follow infection control procedures, and support a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds.
• Follow established cleaning and infection control procedures.
• Help promote a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest standard of facility appearance and cleanliness.
