Bon Appétit Management Company in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a full-time Porter (Receiver) to maintain front-of-house cleanliness and support regular dining operations. Location: Uber, 200 South Mathilda Avenue, Sunnyvale. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. One year of porter and receiver experience is required. Responsibilities include bussing tables, transporting dishes, cleaning stations, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• One year of porter and receiver experience is required.
• Duties performed in a food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Buss, clear, and clean tables during peak service times.
• Transport dishes from front of house to kitchen using trays or carts.
• Wash dishes and maintain sanitation at cooking stations.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or via dishwashing machine.
• Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with receiving heavy deliveries and store them safely.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; HACCP standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
