Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Porter at our Mountain View location. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–2:30 pm, with a starting pay rate of $23.00 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, safety in food service, and timely bussing and sanitation during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
• Tables bussed, cleared and cleaned; floors swept during peak service times.
• Transporting dishes and utensils safely from front of the house to kitchen.
• Washes dishes, glasses, pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to expedite service.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards.
• Receives heavy deliveries from dock and transports them to storage areas using safe lifting standards.
