Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a Resident Assistant at Eagle Pointe, a Senior Living Facility in Minnesota. Join our supportive team and help residents with daily care and meaningful interactions.

This full-time PM shift offers competitive pay of $19.19–$22.25 per hour, plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medications, and emotional well-being, while building lasting relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of senior living experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support.
