Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team at Grace Manor in Plant City, Florida. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help residents improve independence and mobility.

You will document care, communicate with the PT and interdisciplinary team, and support wellness programs while contributing to a collaborative, therapist-owned practice that values clinicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid PTA license or license eligibility in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team on resident progress.
• Participate in or lead team development meetings.
• Lead or participate in community-wide wellness programs and events.
