Job summary

Synergy Care seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at Hidden Springs of McKinney in McKinney, TX. This position focuses on delivering high-quality PT in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families, all while promoting mobility and independence for older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
• Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.
