Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Hidden Springs of McKinney in McKinney, TX. This full-time position operates in an AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic, emphasizing resident-centered care.

You will provide high-quality PT services, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance mobility and quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
• Interest in geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.

Responsibilities
