Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Hidden Springs of McKinney, McKinney, TX. This full-time, on-site role provides outpatient clinic services within an AL/IL community, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care for the geriatric population.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, contributing to their mobility

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
• Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.
