This is a full-time opportunity in an AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
• Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life.
