Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plans of care under physician supervision.

You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team at a premium rehabilitation facility, contributing to comprehensive patient care and ongoing program development, with state licensure required and opportunities for CEUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan as part of the plan of care under physician supervision.
• Revise and update plans of care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
