Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our brand-new Independent Living community's rehab space. The role offers 30+ hours per week with high potential for hours to increase quickly and a competitive hourly rate.

You will evaluate and treat residents, educate families, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive therapy team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and enable successful functional outcomes in daily living

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide exercises, manual therapy, and educate patients and families.
• Documentation: Maintain records of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams.
