Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy in Fords, New Jersey, is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our diverse patient population in a busy onsite center.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree, NJ license, BLS, and 2+ years of experience; DPT preferred. You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients, document in the EHR, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA/CAPTE‑approved program.
• Current NJ physical therapy license.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; proficiency with computers.
• DPT is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with personalized plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure cohesive care.
• Document progress in the EHR and track outcomes.
• Provide in-home therapy when necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and participate in team meetings.
