Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy in South River, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to enhance patient recovery in a collaborative outpatient setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice with a salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually and a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree from an APTA/CAPTE-approved program, is licensed in New Jersey, and is BLS-certified.

Qualifications

• Requires a PT degree from an APTA/CAPTE-approved program.
• Current New Jersey state physical therapist license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer skills and documentation.
• A genuine desire to build relationships with patients.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver PT treatments across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide high-quality customer service and positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes using evidence-based care.
• Deliver clinical interventions and adapt methods as conditions change.
• Educate patients and caregivers in home exercise programs.
• Contribute to utilization goals and practice objectives.
