Job summary

Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy in Metuchen, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our on-site team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized rehab plans, and guide recovery to improve mobility and quality of life.

You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with state-of-the-art resources, providing manual therapy, exercise programs, and education to diverse populations including children, athletes, and adults recovering from surgery or injury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy, allowing practice in New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assess rehabilitation needs.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans with evidence-based approaches.
• Implement interventions across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic and sports medicine.
• Deliver care including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions and modalities.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and plan modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for cohesive care.
