Acts Intuitively Therapy in Kew Gardens, NY is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate and design individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and quality of life. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration within a modern rehab facility.

You will work onsite, applying a range of modalities while educating patients and families, and contributing to a positive, high-quality care environment. A valid state PT license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication for patient interaction.
• Proficiency with word processing and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities and adjust based on progress.
• Provide hands-on treatment for orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports cases.
