Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical condition and functional abilities to devise tailored treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about exercises and strategies to promote long-term mobility and pain management.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
