Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is actively seeking a committed and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will partner with patients to restore mobility and enhance their overall functionality, emphasizing the highest quality of life throughout the rehabilitation process.

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is a leading private orthopedic outpatient practice known for our patient-centered approach and state-of-the-art facilities. Our 5,000 square feet sports medicine center is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies, enabling us to provide comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Our team includes two experienced Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant, all dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment.

Work Environment

Located in the heart of Tampa, our rehabilitation center offers an onsite facility that is designed to promote healing and rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist at Revive, you will work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work schedule. Our collaborative environment encourages teamwork and open communication among our staff to assure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and effectively address patients’ individual rehabilitation goals and needs through detailed evaluations and personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and attentive care during each session.
• Provide evidence‑based physical therapy services to enhance patient mobility and reduce discomfort within an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care strategies that utilize a variety of treatment modalities, from manual therapy to therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients on alternative pain management options, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Design tailored wellness and fitness programs to promote active lifestyles and ensure patient engagement in their recovery process.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring a transparent communication flow regarding treatment outcomes.
• Motivate and inspire each patient to achieve their potential, supporting them in reaching important therapy milestones.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enrich patient care and align treatment efforts across disciplines.
