Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Miami, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. This role welcomes clinicians at all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned therapists, in a supportive, patient-centered team.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based techniques to improve function and mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and goals.

• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and gait training.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, plan, home program, injury prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focusedPhysical Therapist (PT)to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Miami, Florida.

We welcomePhysical Therapists at all experience levels, including experienced clinicians, early-career Physical Therapists, and recent graduates. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can continue developing their skills while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Our practice focuses onoutpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, functional limitations, and goals.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
• Provide excellent patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Florida Physical Therapist licenseor eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
