Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, managing pain, and restoring muscle function to maximize each client’s physical capabilities.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ physical function utilizing advanced diagnostic methods while also assessing their home environments to recommend modifications that enhance independence.
• Oversee and collaborate with physical therapy assistants to ensure the effective execution of treatment plans while providing guidance and mentorship in care practices.
• Administer a variety of therapies, including manual therapeutic exercises, traction, and other treatments involving physical agents, tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to ensure comprehensive patient care continuity.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans, and consult with clients and their families to educate them on therapy objectives and home exercises.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state laws, completing clinical and payroll documentation promptly and accurately.
