Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Compensation is $25.00-$32.00 per hour.

As a PTA, you will provide therapy under supervision, assist in identifying appropriate patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. We offer a collaborative environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
