Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care team as a full-time PTA. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
