Renewal Rehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide PTA treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to state guidelines.

We offer a compensation range of $25.00–$32.00/hour with comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits, and opportunities for advancement within the Enhance Therapies family.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
