Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with benefits and professional growth opportunities.

As a PTA, you will work under a licensed PT, coordinate patient care, document accurately, and contribute to quality outcomes across our nationwide network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
