Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. Competitive hourly pay range $25.00-$32.00 per hour, plus benefits. Employment Type: Full-Time. Must be licensed PTA to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
