Qualifications

• Requires HS grad or GED Equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training program completed with lab experience preferred.
• May require a valid Indiana Operators license and good driving history (last 3 years).
• Knowledge of traffic laws in Indiana helpful.
• Proven ability to use computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general laboratory services: specimen collection, order entry, blood component preparation and pre-analytic processing.
• Perform related clerical tasks and assist with patient and specimen registration and delivery of specimens.
