Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections per age related standards.
• Receives and reviews physician orders; enters accurate lab test orders.
• Uses AIDET model to communicate with patients and ensure safety.
• Processes specimens with labeling, centrifuging, and packaging for transport.
• Maintains records and notifies supervisor of discrepancies.
