Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Phlebotomist to care for client employees and their dependents at our Gainesville, FL Health Center. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays once per month, 8:00 AM–11:30 AM.

In this role you will room patients, draw blood, take vital signs, collect specimens, and support the overall patient experience while assisting with check‑in/check‑out and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from an approved program (or certificate/diploma with externship).
• CPR (BLS) certification with hands-on skills verification.
• Six months to one year phlebotomy experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent practical training.

Responsabilités

• Room patients, draw blood, take vital signs, and collect specimens.
• Support patient experience and assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Work independently within safety and organizational policies; assist with inventory as needed.
