Job summary

LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Phlebotomist to join an onsite team delivering accurate specimen collection and patient-focused service across multiple locations.

You will perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and related duties, maintain HIPAA compliance, handle data entry, and ensure proper labeling and safety while interacting with patients of all ages in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Office Assistant course preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-service oriented role.
• Physical abilities: repetitive motion, standing, walking, lifting, vision, speaking, writing, reading, kneeling, reaching, bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at multiple locations.
• Work flexible hours as scheduled.
• Interact courteously with customers and solicit feedback.
• Instruct patients on special collections and adhere to HIPAA.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, urinalysis, and related procedures.
• Maintain proper labeling, data entry accuracy, and safety practices.
• Register patients and greet them at reception.
