Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) is seeking a Phlebotomist to join a team that may work at Hospital Facility, PSC, In Office Phlebotomy, or Mobile Diagnostic Services. Coverage may be required at multiple locations, with varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, data entry, labeling, and ensuring specimen integrity while meeting HIPAA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion or equivalent experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
