Patient's Choice in Peoria, AZ is seeking an experienced phlebotomist to join our clinical team. The role focuses on blood draws, specimen collection, proper labeling, and delivering compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

You will register patients, maintain accuracy, follow HIPAA guidelines, and ensure a clean, organized phlebotomy area. Full-time hours and benefits are offered as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy course preferred.
• Team player in a fast-paced, customer-service role.
• Physical requirements: repetitive motion, standing, lifting, bending.
• Attention to detail in specimen handling and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures.
• Ensure patient identification and correct specimen labeling.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain safety standards.
• Use computers for data entry and enter results accurately.
• Be prepared for additional duties as assigned.
