Responsibilities

• Assist pet owners with scheduling grooming appointments.
• Coordinate appointment times based on availability.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and provide customers with appointment details.
• Update appointment information when changes are requested.
• Help customers select appropriate appointment times based on available services.
• Assist with rescheduling and cancellations.
• Help maintain an organized appointment schedule.
• Support the front desk and salon team with general customer service duties as needed.
