Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer routine questions regarding grooming services and salon procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to grooming staff.
• Maintain accurate client and appointment information.
• Process customer payments and provide receipts.
• Support the front desk and daily salon operations as needed.
• Provide a consistently positive experience for clients and their pets.
