Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate LNAs to join our team for part-time shifts. Benefits include flexible evening, night, and day options with a competitive hourly wage of $20–$21.25.

The role focuses on delivering warm, home-like care in a supportive community. As a community associate, you’ll assist with daily activities, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

$20-$21.25/HR

As a LNA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
