Job Summary:
As a Personal Care Aide, you'll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You'll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. Because participant needs can change throughout the day, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust schedules as needed while continuing to provide exceptional care.
A valid driver's license is an essential requirement of this position. The role includes regular travel throughout the service area, including travel to Participant homes and appointments as needed.
This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands‑on work. You'll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people‑centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.

First shift, full‑time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. While schedules are planned in advance whenever possible, participant care needs may occasionally require schedule adjustments, early start times, weekend rotations, or changes throughout the workday.
